dc.description.abstract | Depth profiles of titanium, iron, and niobium concentrations are investigated with an electron microprobe in planar optical LiNbO₃:Ti waveguides additionally doped with iron. The profiles are well described by Gaussian functions allowing the determination of diffusion constants.
