Four different types of staggered solitons, symmetric odd and even, twisted and antisymmetric odd one are observed numerically and their behavior is investigated with respect to small transverse phase offsets. A first experimental observation of steering of such symmetric odd staggered solitons in lithium niobate waveguide arrays is presented. |
