dc.description.abstract | A method and device are disclosed for determining critical information interfaces between fields of activity of an electronically documented process, the method including: (a) providing a binary dependency matrix between the fields of activity of the process; (b) rating the information interfaces between the fields of activity of the process that are specified in the binary dependency matrix based on predefined criteria that are read out from a criteria database in terms of their respective expression in relation to the read-out criteria in order to generate a numeric dependency matrix; and (c) evaluating the generated numeric dependency matrix in order to determine information interfaces of the process that are critical in respect of at least one target function. | - |
