Abstract
"Wie du mir, so ich dir" ist eine im Alltag wichtige Regel, die das Zusammenleben der Menschen entscheidend beeinflusst. Die soziale Norm "Gefallen muss man zurück zahlen" wirkt unbewusst und lässt sich nur schwer überwinden. Wie Prof. Erb und Judith Balzukat, B.Sc. mit Reziprozität umgehen, wird im Video erläutert.
