This anthology brings together insights, experiences, and perspectives from Performance Engineering and Advisory Projects carried out under the hpc.bw initiative from 2021 to 2025. It reflects a shared commitment to optimize the computational efficiency and scalability in HPC environments. At the core of these projects lies the intend to support scientific research projects and the researcher behind them by addressing the complexity of the usage of HPC systems across various scientific disciplines, which demands a deep understanding of hardware, software and their interactions.
