Wenn Menschen überlegen, warum ein bestimmtes Ereignis eingetreten ist, führen sie Attributionen durch. Ein fundamentales Modell, das den Attributionsprozess beschreibt und erklärt, stammt von H. H. Kelley. Es wird auch ANOVA-Modell der Attribution genannt. Wie es im Detail funktioniert, erläutert Prof. Erb anhand von Alltagsbeispielen im Gespräch mit Judith Balzukat, B.Sc.
