Abstract
Our presenter symposium addresses both theoretical and empirical contributions of the intersectionality concept to the inclusiveness of organizations and beyond, of societies. The contributions take stock of the extant intersectionality scholarship, the challenges posed to it, and propose avenues for research and action.
